These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hilberton ("Service"), operated by Hilberton ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Slovenia.
By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Hilberton is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) channel management platform for accommodation providers. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
New accounts receive a 60-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. Pricing plans will be introduced in a future release. We will notify existing users before any paid plans take effect.
Special "Founder" accounts granted via invite code receive early access under the terms specified at the time the code was issued. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue invite code benefits with 30 days' notice.

By using the Service, you process personal data of your guests (names, email addresses, ID documents, etc.). You are the Data Controller for this data and we act as your Data Processor. Our Data Processing Agreement governs this relationship.
Our collection and use of your account data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service provides tools to facilitate reporting of guest data to Slovenian (eTurizem/AJPES) and Croatian (eVisitor) tourism authorities. You are solely responsible for:
We provide the tools as-is and do not guarantee acceptance of submissions by government systems. We are not liable for fines or penalties arising from inaccurate or late submissions.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Hilberton and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period.
Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to your reservation data, guest information, and business content stored in the Service.
We aim to provide 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from Service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hilberton shall not be liable for:
Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
